Role Purpose:

Lead and execute full-cycle talent acquisition to build strong pipelines across functions including Automation, Telecom, Integrated Supply, Sales, Finance, and Tech support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding for mid to senior-level technical and non-technical roles.
• Manage and optimize hiring through various Indian job boards like Naukri, Shine, Monster, LinkedIn, and others.
• Utilize ATS platforms (specifically

  People Strong

  and

  SAP SuccessFactors

  ) for posting jobs, managing pipelines, and generating recruitment analytics.
• Develop sourcing strategies and maintain a strong talent pipeline aligned to business needs.
• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to forecast and fulfil hiring needs across business units.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and create a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Ensure compliance with all hiring regulations and internal governance policies.

Key Requirements:

• 4-5 years of progressive experience

  in Talent Acquisition with a focus on

  technical & non-technical hiring

  .
• Strong command over Indian recruitment landscape and familiarity with Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges and sourcing channels.
• Hands-on experience with

  SAP SuccessFactors

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver within tight timelines.
• Excellent interpersonal and

  communication skills (written and verbal)
