Job Description

Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for consulting roles (Analyst to Partner).
Partner with consulting leadership to understand workforce planning and staffing needs.
Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies.
Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
Lead campus recruitment, lateral hiring, and diversity hiring initiatives.
Leverage recruitment metrics to optimize processes and provide insights.
Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and internal HR teams
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an excellent candidate experience
Stay updated on market trends and talent intelligence in consulting
Proven experience managing a recruitment team and achieving hiring targets
Expertise in hiring for strategy consultants, tech consultants, and project managers
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven mindset for decision-making and process improvement
