Job Description

  • Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for consulting roles (Analyst to Partner).
  • Partner with consulting leadership to understand workforce planning and staffing needs.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Lead campus recruitment, lateral hiring, and diversity hiring initiatives.
  • Leverage recruitment metrics to optimize processes and provide insights.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and internal HR teams
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an excellent candidate experience
  • Stay updated on market trends and talent intelligence in consulting 
  • Proven experience managing a recruitment team and achieving hiring targets
  • Expertise in hiring for strategy consultants, tech consultants, and project managers
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset for decision-making and process improvement
