Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across functions (Sales, Projects, Construction, CRM, Legal, Finance, etc.).
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche real estate roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
  • Leverage job portals, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting for sourcing.
  • Manage vendor relationships and recruitment agencies.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire) and ensure process improvements.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an Employer of Choice” in the real estate industry.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • 5–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in

    Real Estate / Infrastructure / Construction

    sector.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale hiring and leadership recruitment.
