Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across functions (Sales, Projects, Construction, CRM, Legal, Finance, etc.). Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche real estate roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning. Leverage job portals, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting for sourcing. Manage vendor relationships and recruitment agencies. Track and analyze recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire) and ensure process improvements. Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an Employer of Choice” in the real estate industry. Preferred candidate profile MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent. 5–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Real Estate / Infrastructure / Construction sector. Proven track record of managing large-scale hiring and leadership recruitment.
