We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment, from sourcing and attracting top talent to hiring and onboarding the best candidates. You will collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and devise effective strategies to meet them.In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape our recruitment process and implement innovative sourcing techniques. You will also oversee the development and execution of our employer branding initiatives, ensuring that we attract the right candidates who align with our company culture and values. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies and campaignsCollaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and prioritize open positionsSource, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking eventsConduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organizationManage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and job offersBuild and maintain a talent pipeline by networking with industry professionals and attending relevant eventsStay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition and implement innovative sourcing techniques

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldProven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar roleIn-depth knowledge of recruitment practices and strategiesFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databasesStrong negotiation and persuasive skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and candidatesProactive and driven, with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
