Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment, from sourcing and attracting top talent to hiring and onboarding the best candidates. You will collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and devise effective strategies to meet them. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape our recruitment process and implement innovative sourcing techniques. You will also oversee the development and execution of our employer branding initiatives, ensuring that we attract the right candidates who align with our company culture and values. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and campaigns Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and prioritize open positions Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and job offers Build and maintain a talent pipeline by networking with industry professionals and attending relevant events Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in talent acquisition and implement innovative sourcing techniques Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices and strategies Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases Strong negotiation and persuasive skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates Proactive and driven, with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively Location : - Remote
