Talent Acquisition Recruiting Manager / Assistant Manger

The primary objective of the Talent Acquisition Recruiting Manager role is to source, attract, and hire professional candidates across a wide variety of internal roles. You will establish trusted internal relationships and participate in full cycle recruiting. You will lead be a key member of a global team of Talent Acquisition team members. This is an In-office role in our Mohal office reporting to the HR Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and wants full ownership of the recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing and closing candidates to building and managing stakeholder relationships, and proactively influencing sourcing and recruiting strategy.

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Through self and team, manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for all roles, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Create an ongoing work force plan, inclusive of prospective roles and timelines to fill.
  • Proactively pipeline, source and engage qualified candidates through local job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.
  • Assess candidates for both technical and cultural fit, aligning with department needs and organizational values.
  • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting
  • Support people development by advocating for internal candidates in the hiring process and collaborating with HR and managers to create pathways for internal promotions and transfers.
  • Ensure hiring practices comply with all internal policies and applicable local labor laws.
  • Maintain recruiting metrics and generate reports on time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health.

Stakeholder engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department leaders, and external stakeholders as need to drive a positive candidate experience.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal clients, providing market insights, compensation guidance, and hiring strategy recommendations.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary and benefits benchmarks, and emerging talent acquisition best practices.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline recruiting operations.
  • Partner with HR, L&D, and department heads to align recruitment with workforce planning and capability building/ onboarding content.

People Management

  • Build a high-performing, growth-minded sourcing and recruiting team by equipping each recruiter with the tools, experience, and support needed to advance in their careers.
  • Invest in each team members skills, confidence, and career goals through coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
  • Clear roadblocks that hinder progress, advocate for resources, and streamline processes.

What Youll Bring:

Must Haves:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (MBA or HR certifications are a plus).
  • 7-10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a professional services, accounting and finance, or BPO environment.
  • Proven experience managing both candidate and client relationships (full-desk or 360 recruiting).
  • Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and modern ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a growth mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience recruiting for India based resources as well as US talent.
  • Knowledge of accounting, finance, or tech industry roles is a plus.
  • Comfortable working across a global team
