Job Description

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
  • Collaborate with Regional Heads on hiring requirements
  • Manage vendor relationships and payouts
  • Lead and manage a team of Field Recruiters and Vendor Associates
  • Utilize data to improve recruitment metrics and processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • Experience managing a recruitment team preferred
  • Strong understanding of sourcing and recruitment processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with vendor management and ATS
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment
