  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the team.
  • Collaborate with facilities management to maintain high standards of hospitality and corporate culture.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.
  • Proven track record in End-To-End Recruitment, Job Posting, Sourcing, TA, Hiring, Onboarding & Facilities Management.
  • Strong understanding of Hospitality industry trends and best practices.
