Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the organization.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the team.
Collaborate with facilities management to maintain high standards of hospitality and corporate culture.
Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.
Proven track record in End-To-End Recruitment, Job Posting, Sourcing, TA, Hiring, Onboarding & Facilities Management.
Strong understanding of Hospitality industry trends and best practices.
