JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and implement the company’s learning and development strategy aligned with business goals.
• Conduct organizational needs analysis and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
• Design, plan, and execute learning programs, including onboarding, leadership development, technical training, soft skills workshops, and compliance training.
• Select and manage learning vendors, platforms, and digital learning tools.
• Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and department heads to understand team- specific training needs.
• Manage budgets and resources related to L&D initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.
• Develop talent development plans, career pathing, and succession planning initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest learning technologies, methods, and trends to bring innovative ideas to the organization.
