Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager based in Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the full life-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to hiring the best talent. The individual will also focus on employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier candidates. Daily tasks include crafting recruitment strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and collaborating with different departments to understand hiring needs.

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
• Proficient in Hiring and Interviewing skills
• Ability to develop and implement Employer Branding strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
