Role - Supply chain Manager Qualification - MBA Any Experience - 15 to 20 Years Package - 15 to 20 LPA Number Of Roles - 1 Location - Indore MP Industry - Manufacturing MNC Functional / Technical Competencies_ In-depth understanding of procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution processes. Expertise in forecasting models, demand planning tools, and aligning supply with business requirements. Ability to develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor performance effectively. Proven capability in identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing lean supply chain practices.nventory & Warehouse Management: Data Analytics & KPI Management Key Responsibilities 1. Collaborate with sales, marketing, procurement and production teams to forecast demand, anticipate customer need and develop accurate demand plans. 2. Transportation, Warehousing, Distribution, Inventory management. 3. Ensure efficient storage of inventory and timely movement of inventory to meet the delivery needs. 4. Oversee inventory policies, stock levels and replenishment of stock by balancing the sales requirements and cost. 5. On-time delivery, freight cost and transportation lead time management. 6. Execute logistics strategies and responds to day-to-day changes to meet the plan. 7. Manage Logistics operations and Transportation providers. 8. Statutory and ISO compliance. 9. Handle the legal matters related to Customs, DGFT etc. 10. Performance Monitoring like KPI, OTD, Inventory turnover etc. 11. MIS. 12.
