Talent Acquisition Manager

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for entire Recruitment Cycle Sourcing to Onboarding (Technical & Non-Technical  

Profiles) across the manufacturing plant at Kharagpur, H.O., Corporate Office and Branch Offices.  

Interview process Shortlisting, primary interview, coordinating with candidate & respective  

dept. for salary negotiation & offer release.  

Coordination with the respective HODs and drafting the KRA and KPIs of the new joinees as  

per their skills and job role.  

Planning and conducting induction sessions of the new joinees and ensuring their effective  

handholding from their respective departments.  

Ensure strategic relationship with key stakeholders & vendors, ensuring they are kept abreast of all  

talent acquisition & background verification developments.  

Interview process – Shortlisting, primary interview, coordinating with candidate & respective  

dept. for salary negotiation & offer release.  

Coordination with HODs and functional heads for all talent requirements through Job Portal,  

Consultants, ITI and Engineering colleges and Headhunting through various social channels for  

closure of the open positions.  

Provision of regular reports on talent acquisition activity to Project Directors.  

Managing all employee management activities from joining to exit-confirmations, location transfer,  

salary adjustments etc.  

Drafting, updating and coordinating with the concerned management/department regarding  

implementation of various Policies/SOPs related to HR, Employee Appraisal, Contractual Labor  

Recruitment, Movement of Labors, Guest House Administration.
