Key Responsibilities

Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding.
Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Oversee employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives.
Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency.
Manage HR vendors, job portals & recruitment agencies.

Requirements

MBA / Master’s in HR or related field.
5+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition (construction/manufacturing/engineering industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, social media hiring, and HRMS.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a
