Job Description

We are looking for dynamic Recruiters who are experienced in end-to-end hiring with strong sourcing skills and a deep understanding of Volume Hiring, Niche Hiring, and Lateral Hiring (Mining/Manufacturing preferable) What you’ll do: ✅ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing to offer negotiation. ✅ Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and direct outreach. ✅ Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand talent needs. ✅ Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for various technical and non-technical roles. ✅ Drive talent attraction strategies and ensure a seamless candidate experience. What we’re looking for: ✨ Hands-on experience in managing independent hiring across multiple functions and levels. ✨ Strong expertise in the latest sourcing techniques and talent acquisition trends. ✨ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills along with MIS and ATS knowledge. ✨ A passion for recruitment, networking, and bringing the best talent onboard. ✨ Proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset.
