Lead – Talent Acquisition


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies across business functions.
  • Partner with business and functional leaders on workforce planning and organizational talent priorities.
  • Build and nurture strong talent pipelines to support immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Drive recruitment excellence through data-driven hiring practices and process optimization.
  • Enhance candidate experience and strengthen our employer value proposition.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing recruitment team.


Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with a focus on Technology hiring and scaling teams.
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to implement strategic hiring initiatives in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership capabilities.
