About The Role

• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle: understanding requirements, sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers.
• Take ownership of closing mid-to-senior level roles across multiple functions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring strategies and improve processes.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for immediate and future needs.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience at every stage.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team development.
• Provide insights on market trends, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.
  

• 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of closing roles independently.
• Experience managing recruitment for mid-to-senior level positions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to TA strategy and process improvement.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership qualities.
