Talent Acquisition Lead

As a member of the TA team with an Accelerated Hiring Motto, your role involves handling various job requirements from different clients. You will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. It is crucial to understand client requirements and source candidates from job portals. Evaluating candidates based on skills, functionality, domain, experience, and qualifications will be a key aspect of your role. Screening, selecting, or rejecting candidates based on previous employment to assess communication skills, fitment issues, reasons for change, and negotiating salaries are part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters, while also building and maintaining relationships with candidates and the hiring team. Keeping yourself updated about client technologies, current IT trends, and knowledge is essential.
