As a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing contract and contract-to-hire hiring activities at our Hubli branch. In addition to recruitment, this role involves managing a team of recruiters and supervising daily operations at the branch level, focusing on both high-volume and niche hiring for contract positions. Your main responsibilities will include leading end-to-end recruitment processes for contract roles, mentoring and managing a team of recruiters to ensure productivity and alignment with hiring objectives, coordinating recruitment operations at the branch level in Hubli, collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients to meet short-term staffing requirements, establishing and nurturing pipelines of pre-vetted contract talent, monitoring key performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with hiring policies and onboarding procedures. We are looking for a candidate who has at least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in contract staffing or contract-to-hire roles, previous experience in managing a recruitment team or regional hiring operations, strong skills in sourcing, negotiation, and closing candidates, exceptional communication and client interaction abilities, familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern hiring platforms, and is either based in Hubli or willing to relocate to the area.
