Job Description

1. Identify various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates. 2. Candidate assessment to analyse candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers and coordination. Communicate with candidates to provide information about the interview process. 3. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding, Data Management, Market trends 4. Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment. 5.Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement strategies aligned with organizational goals. 6.Provide expertise to contribute to overall HR strategy. 7.Develop and implement HR policies and programs in line with industry best practices. 8.Stay abreast of legislative changes and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness. 9.Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 10.Prepare regular reports and presentations for HR leadership and key stakeholders. 11.Work closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to understand business needs and align HR COE initiatives. 12.Communicate effectively to ensure understanding and support for HR programs and policies. 13.Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants 14.Evaluate and select vendors that align with organizational needs and values
