Responsibilities:

• Use various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
• Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and create talent pools for future hiring needs.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and the status of open positions.
• Support employer branding efforts to attract and engage potential candidates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
