About The Opportunity

Join a fast-moving recruitment team focused on hiring high-quality customer support, sales, and engineering talent for a product-led cloud communications company. This on-site internship at our Jamia Nagar location offers hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle and practical hiring operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Role & Responsibilities
  • Source candidates across LinkedIn, job portals, and internal pipelines using Boolean search and targeted outreach.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video screens, and assess fit against role profiles and competency criteria.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams; manage interview feedback and follow-ups end-to-end.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS; ensure data hygiene and timely status updates.
  • Support creation of job postings, role briefs, and outreach messages tailored to target audiences.
  • Assist recruiting lead with weekly hiring metrics, candidate funnels, and simple hiring analytics reports.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication; comfortable speaking with candidates and interviewers.
  • Basic experience using LinkedIn, job portals, and MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and outreach.

Preferred

  • Prior internship or exposure to campus hiring, volume hiring, or use of an ATS/CRM.
  • Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and passive candidate engagement strategies.
