About The Opportunity

Join a fast-moving recruitment team focused on hiring high-quality customer support, sales, and engineering talent for a product-led cloud communications company. This on-site internship at our Jamia Nagar location offers hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle and practical hiring operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Role & Responsibilities

Source candidates across LinkedIn, job portals, and internal pipelines using Boolean search and targeted outreach.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video screens, and assess fit against role profiles and competency criteria.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams; manage interview feedback and follow-ups end-to-end.
Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS; ensure data hygiene and timely status updates.
Support creation of job postings, role briefs, and outreach messages tailored to target audiences.
Assist recruiting lead with weekly hiring metrics, candidate funnels, and simple hiring analytics reports.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication; comfortable speaking with candidates and interviewers.
Basic experience using LinkedIn, job portals, and MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and outreach.

Preferred

Prior internship or exposure to campus hiring, volume hiring, or use of an ATS/CRM.
Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and passive candidate engagement strategies.
