About the Role


We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring operations and drive high-impact recruiting initiatives. You’ll work directly with the People team and business leaders to identify top talent, shape hiring strategies, and support end-to-end recruitment.


This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to learn the art and science of hiring in a fast-moving startup environment.


Key Responsibilities


• Draft compelling job descriptions and publish roles across platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Source high-potential candidates using diverse channels - job boards, social media, referrals, and events

• Screen applications to assess candidate fit based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels

• Conduct initial screening calls and support in interview evaluations

• Assist in reference checks, documentation, and offer rollouts

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment dashboards

• Stay updated on hiring best practices and suggest improvements to the current process


What We’re Looking For


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you're comfortable engaging with candidates and stakeholders

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Passion for learning and a genuine interest in people and talent

• Prior internship or coursework in HR, business, or related areas is a plus (but not mandatory)
