In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital About the Role We're seeking self-driven Talent Acquisition Interns to develop and implement hiring strategies, build a strong talent pipeline, and manage the recruitment process for bulk hiring positions. Role & Responsibilities Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet business needs Develop, manage, and refine recruitment strategies to attract top talent in dynamic environments Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to fill the vacant positions Identify passive candidates through research, networking, and talent mapping Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Independent thinker, quick decision maker, and problem solver A quick learner with an understanding of business needs and alignment with candidate skills A self-driven attitude and the ability to work under tight deadlines Basic understanding of recruitment processes Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Show more Show less
