Talent Acquisition Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our HR team in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. This is a great opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle and build a career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews with potential candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and maintain communication with candidates.
• Update and maintain the candidate database.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings.
• Support recruitment campaigns and HR initiatives.
• Help in onboarding processes for new hires.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and online research.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Eligibility

• Freshers / Students pursuing HR, MBA (HR), or related fields.
• Interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
