What You'll Do:

Talent Acquisition team at AppXcelerate

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract talent using a variety of sourcing methods including social platforms, professional networks, and other online channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of both active and passive candidates to meet hiring demands and achieve recruitment targets.
• Ensure job descriptions and interview frameworks accurately reflect role requirements.
• Evaluate candidate suitability while maintaining fairness and alignment with organizational standards.
• Provide timely and transparent updates to candidates throughout the recruitment journey to ensure a positive experience.
• Keep candidates engaged until onboarding through consistent communication and relationship-building.
• Utilize previous applicant pools and talent databases to strengthen recruitment outcomes.
