AI Agent Engineer Real Time Voice & Generative Agent

### *About Us*

We are building bleeding-edge agentic AI systems that bring together voice streaming, tool-orchestration, real-time interaction and generative models. Youll be working with leading edge tech such as Strands Agents SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK / OpenAI realtime API, and Nova Sonic on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

### *What you’ll do*

* Design and implement a real-time conversational agent: voice-in/voice-out streaming, prompt & response flows, tool invocation.

* Use Strands Agents SDK and/or OpenAI Agents SDK to define agent workflows, orchestrate sub-agents, tool calls, session management.

* Integrate with AWS infrastructure (Bedrock, Lambda/Fargate, audio streaming, etc) for production deployment, monitoring & scaling.

* Build audio pipelines: capture audio, stream to model, handle responses instantly, maintain low latency and high reliability.

* Connect agent to backend systems, execute tool logic, fetch data, invoke APIs, respond to users in voice/text.

* Ensure production-grade quality: observability, logging, error-handling, security, performance metrics.

* Continuously iterate: optimize flows, update agent logic, refine prompts, improve voice UX.

### *Required Skills & Experience*

* Strong experience (3+ years) in AI engineering, generative AI, or related fields.

* Hands-on with AWS cloud infrastructure: Bedrock or ML/AI services, streaming pipelines, Lambda/Fargate, containers, IAM etc.

* Familiarity (or willingness to rapidly learn) with voice-to-voice systems, streaming audio, low-latency real-time pipelines.

* Proficiency in Python (and/or Node/TypeScript) and relevant frameworks.

* Experience working with agent frameworks, orchestration of tools/agents (e.g., Strands Agents SDK) or equivalent.

* Familiarity or interest in OpenAI realtime API / agentic systems (or equivalent).

* Good understanding of production deployment, cloud services, monitoring, observability.

* Excellent communication, collaborative mindset, ability to work in a hybrid team.

### *Nice to have*

* Experience with telephony / WebRTC / voice API integrations.

* Prior work with Nova Sonic voice model (or similar).

* Prior experience in multi-agent flows, chains of reasoning, tool-calling.

* DevOps / MLOps experience for AI services (CI/CD, monitoring, autoscaling).
