Skyline Architectural Consultant is a fast-growing architectural and infrastructure consultancy firm dedicated to delivering innovative, sustainable, and world-class design solutions. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Executive.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the

  end-to-end recruitment cycle

  – from manpower planning, sourcing, and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across architectural, engineering, and corporate roles.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and induction process for new hires.
• Support HR operations including performance management, compliance, and employee engagement as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment

  , preferably in infrastructure, or consultant.
• Proven track record of closing mid to senior-level positions.
• Strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques, HR tools, and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple requirements, and deliver within timelines.
