Talent Acquisition & HR Executive

As a Talent Acquisition & HR Executive at Skyline Architectural Consultant, your role will involve: - Leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across architectural, engineering, and corporate roles. - Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines through networking, job portals, social media, and employee referrals. - Partnering with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals. - Ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and induction process for new hires. - Supporting HR operations including performance management, compliance, and employee engagement as required. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in infrastructure or consultancy. - A proven track record of closing mid to senior-level positions. - Strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques, HR tools, and recruitment best practices. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple requirements, and deliver within timelines.
