Skyline Architectural Consultant is a leading design and consultancy firm delivering innovative and sustainable architectural solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to handle tendering processes and ensure timely submission of proposals.

Role Overview

As a Tender Executive, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting tenders, bids, and proposals in compliance with client requirements and organizational standards. You will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth documentation and timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify/Search and track relevant tenders, from government e procurement portals, private, and institutional clients.

• Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and compliance documents and discussion with management.

• Prepare and compile tender documentation, including technical and financial proposals.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and internal teams to gather project data and prepare proposals.

• Prepare bids and ensure timely submission of all documents.

• Maintain tender records, databases, and follow-ups with clients and authorities.

• Communicate with clients, consultants, and vendors for clarifications and updates.

• Assist in contract management and post-tender activities when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.

• 2–5 years of experience (preferably in the construction/architecture/engineering industry) in bidding, tendering, GeM portal, tender documentation, estimation, or related roles.

• Strong knowledge of government tender procedures and e-tendering portals.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and computer-based documentation.

• Attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
