About the Role

You will be the first voice that future teammates hear and the steady rhythm behind smooth hiring. Your work will shape the kind of talent that builds our culture, strengthens our teams, and fuels our company’s growth.

This role blends communication, coordination, speed, and judgment. Think of it like curating a playlist — selecting the right tracks (candidates), organizing flow (interviews), and keeping the vibe consistent (culture fit).

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Sourcing & Outreach

  • Screen and shortlist candidates from job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
  • Create engaging job postings and share across platforms.
  • Maintain and manage candidate databases.
  • Conduct initial telephonic/video screening calls.

2. Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up end-to-end.
  • Conduct HR rounds, basic assessments, and evaluation scoring.
  • Ensure timely feedback loops and candidate status updates.

3. Hiring Process Management

  • Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
  • Conduct employment verification and documentation collection.
  • Maintain hiring trackers, MIS reports, weekly updates.

4. Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain candidate records and HR documents securely.
  • Ensure adherence to internal HR rules, professional ethics, and confidentiality.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication (English ), clarity, and confidence.
  • Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).
  • Basic HR concepts: CTC structure, notice periods, JD preparation, documentation.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work on deadlines.
  • Professional email etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate in HR/Management/Commerce/IT or related field.
  • Prior internship or 6–12 months of experience in hiring (technical + non-technical).
  • Comfortable with fast-paced hiring requirements.
