LSC Infratech Ltd. is India’s largest producer of Crushed Stone Grits and Sand, with operations beginning in 1991 at Haldwani, Uttarakhand. The company has grown to operate eight state-of-the-art stone crushing units and is present in three states, producing top-grade materials. Recently, LSC has expanded into manufacturing High Silica Content Foundry and Glass Sand using advanced technology in Bharatpur, Rajasthan. The company also operates in the automobile retail sector with a Mahindra & Mahindra dealership in Uttarakhand. Guided by the entrepreneurial vision of founder Mr. Shiv Kumar, LSC has earned numerous accolades for its significant contribution to industries and society.

Role Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive for a full-time, on-site role at our facility in Rudrapur. The role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, identifying and attracting candidates through various channels, ensuring alignment with employer branding initiatives, and collaborating with departmental managers to fulfill staffing requirements. The Talent Acquisition Executive will also handle IT recruitment needs as required and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless hiring processes.

Qualifications

Experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and IT Recruitment processes
Strong Communication skills to interact with candidates and internal teams
Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies and implementation
Ability to work collaboratively and manage recruitment workflows efficiently
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms is a plus
