About the Role

Talent Acquisition Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technology positions (sourcing to onboarding).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess technical fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.


Required Skills and Experience

  • 1–4 years of experience in

    technical recruitment

    (IT services or product-based hiring preferred).
  • Strong understanding of various technology roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
