Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role offers an opportunity to work in a high-paced environment, collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill business needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent. Leverage job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other hiring channels. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning. Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidates based on competencies and cultural fit. Schedule interviews, provide feedback, and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate details. Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Handle employer branding initiatives to enhance NoBroker's attractiveness as an employer of choice. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, labor laws, and diversity hiring initiatives. Requirements: Experience: 1 to 4 years in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced startup or corporate environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Skills: Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions and work under tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
