Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of recruitment experience

    in Engineering & Manufacturing domains.
  • Strong understanding of

    technical hiring needs and assessment methodologies

  • Proficiency in

    LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and industry job portals

    .
  • Excellent

    stakeholder management and communication skills
