Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to colleges for partnerships, internships, and campus hiring.
  • Source, review, and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and interviewers.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Be available to work from the office 3 days a week.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools and online recruitment platforms.
  • Based in or willing to work in Hyderabad (onsite 3 days/week).
