Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will develop and maintain data-driven applications that support our financial services platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement and optimize Python applications and data pipelines
Develop ETL workflows and distributed processing jobs using PySpark
Model, store and query data in PostgreSQL and MongoDB
Identify and resolve performance issues to ensure system reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software

Qualifications:

Minimum one year of professional experience in software development or data engineering
Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with PySpark
Strong understanding of relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with financial concepts or prior exposure to fintech is desirable

Compensation:

₹6–12 LPA, commensurate with experience
