About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle – from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and social media.
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on required skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking database regularly.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to forecast and plan future hiring needs.
• Support in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (IT or Non-IT).
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and job portals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
