Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Kaikondrahalli, Bangalore Experience: 6 months to 4 years Salary: 2.75 LPA to 3.25 LPA Employment Type: Full-time Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at NoBroker. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Non-IT recruitment and preferably experience in hiring for field roles such as sales, operations, or on-ground execution teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Source candidates through job portals, social media and other channels Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely closures Schedule and follow up on candidate interviews and feedback Maintain and update candidate databases and reports Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR specialisation is a plus) 6 months to 4 years of recruitment experience (Non-IT hiring mandatory) Prior experience in hiring for field roles is preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using recruitment tools and portals Contact Details:Interested candidates can call Nafisha at 91486 94494 or send their resume to nafisha.noor@nobroker.in
