As a Recruiter at Wise , youll be responsible for hiring the best talent for Servicing Operations in Hyderabad . Youll manage the full recruitment cycle, drive talent management initiatives, and help scale Servicing Operations to support Wises mission – money without borders . This role is critical to ensuring we build strong, diverse, and high-performing teams while delivering an exceptional experience to candidates and hiring managers. At Wise, culture is everything. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle for Servicing Operations roles, ensuring exceptional candidate experience at every stage. Bulk Hiring: Execute high-volume recruitment processes to meet business scaling needs. Talent Sourcing & Networking: Build and maintain strong local and international talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and networking. Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, provide market insights, and guide them through recruitment processes. Data-Driven Hiring: Use recruitment analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve processes. Process Optimization: Continuously refine recruitment strategies and processes to ensure scalability and efficiency. Collaboration: Work closely with People Operations and other HR teams on initiatives like referral programs, talent mapping, and salary benchmarking . Culture Fit: Ensure every hire aligns with Wise’s values and collaborative work culture. Qualifications & Skills 4–10 years of experience in non-tech recruitment , with a strong focus on bulk hiring . Proven track record of hiring exceptional talent and delivering excellent candidate/hiring manager experiences. Strong ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, reporting dashboards, and data-driven decision-making . Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and influencing skills , able to engage with stakeholders across all levels. Creative problem solver with curiosity to explore new approaches and continuously learn.
