Job Summary:

This role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and partner closely with business leaders to fulfil hiring goals effectively.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition IT & Inside Sales:

  • Handle

    end-to-end recruitment

    for IT Product & Service based company

    )

  • Understand detailed job requirements and technical skill sets from hiring managers.
  • Source and screen candidates through multiple channels job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Evaluate candidates technical, functional, and behavioural fitment.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
  • Manage offers, negotiations, and pre-onboarding engagement.

2. Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower needs and priorities.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and market insights.
  • Ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring teams.

3. Market Intelligence & Database Management:

  • Maintain and update the internal recruitment database and candidate tracker.
  • Conduct

    market mapping

    and competitor hiring analysis for key technology and sales roles.
  • Stay informed about latest trends in

    IT hiring

    , salary benchmarks, and emerging skill sets.

4. Process & Compliance:

  • Follow internal recruitment processes and maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
  • Support HR team in employer branding initiatives and campus/drive coordination if required.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of

    IT technologies, roles, and terminology

  • Excellent sourcing skills using

    LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, indeed

    , and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in screening technical resumes and conducting preliminary assessments.
  • Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously with ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of

    ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

    or recruitment CRM tools preferred.
