Dynamics Square, a vertical of MPG Business Information Systems Pvt Ltd, is a global Microsoft Dynamics and Cloud Business Applications partner. We support organisations across the US, UK, Australia, and other regions through next-generation ERP, CRM, and SaaS implementations. Our team thrives in a culture built on innovation, ownership, and performance.We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of recruitment processes for fast-paced IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for domestic and international roles.
Source high-quality candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate technical evaluations.
Schedule and manage interviews with hiring managers across departments.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure effective follow-ups.
Handle pre-joining formalities, offer rollouts, negotiations, and documentation.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS, and weekly hiring status reports.
Collaborate with leadership to understand role requirements and staffing priorities.
Build strong employer branding through effective communication and candidate engagement.
