Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with department heads to determine hiring needs and workforce planning.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Prepare job descriptions and post job ads across appropriate channels.
Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
