Eye Mantra Care, a leading name in eye care and healthcare services, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Head to lead our recruitment and employer branding efforts.

Role: Talent Acquisition Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy across all levels.
• Develop strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Build and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
• Manage employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements:

• MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of hiring for healthcare, clinical, or multi-location organizations (preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
