Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Head Office roles, including mid to senior-level positions
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies
Source, screen, and interview candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases
Handle offer generation process including salary negotiation, approvals, and documentation
Ensure timely closures and a smooth candidate experience
Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS reports

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience with offer generation and recruitment systems
Exposure to pharma industry hiring or understanding of pharma roles is highly preferred
