Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Sourcing & Analytics (Experienced Hire Recruiting) - US Hiring

We’re hiring a detail-oriented and resourceful TA Coordinator – Sourcing & Analytics to support experienced hire recruiting. You’ll help build and refresh sourcing projects, organize candidate data, and track recruiting metrics while partnering closely with our U.S.-based recruiters and business teams.

Key Responsibilities


Sourcing & Research Support

LinkedIn Recruiter projects

Conduct market and talent research to help the team stay informed on key trends in specific service lines and geographies.

Refresh sourcing projects and ensure recruiters have organized, up-to-date talent pools to engage from.


Recruiting Coordination & Operations

Maintain accurate candidate and project data in systems and trackers.

Assist with scheduling, documentation, and general recruiting coordination as needed.


Analytics & Reporting

Track sourcing project activity, conversion rates, and basic ROI metrics.

Assist with compiling TA reports and dashboards for leadership updates.

Support process improvements and data integrity within recruiting tools and systems.
