Role & responsibilities

Experience - 1-2 yrs of experience

Key responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
Leverage the internet, social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates and create contacts within the industry.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization.
Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive, engaging, and informative process.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for both current and future hiring needs.
