Role & responsibilities

Experience - 1-2 yrs of experience

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
  • Leverage the internet, social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates and create contacts within the industry.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization.
  • Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive, engaging, and informative process.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for both current and future hiring needs.
