🎯 We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Consultant (Contractual Role) Location: Mumbai (Hybrid) Duration: 2–3 months Compensation: ₹40,000–₹50,000/month Start date: ASAP Kulfi Collective is looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Consultant to support our in-house TA team on a short-term contract. If you love the chase of finding great creative and strategic talent, and can keep the hiring engine running smoothly, we want to hear from you! ✨ What You'll Do: You’ll play a key support role across active requisitions and help us close key hires efficiently. You’ll: Partner with the TA Lead as second chair in intake/requisition discussions Source relevant talent across creative, strategy, content, production, and marketing functions Own first-level screening calls and assess for alignment Coordinate interviews and assignments with internal stakeholders Keep the hiring workflow on track and organized 🧩 You’re a good fit if you: Have up to 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the media/advertising/creative industries Are confident in sourcing through LinkedIn and other platforms Have excellent communication and coordination skills Are quick to learn, highly organized, and collaborative Are available to start immediately and can commit for at least 2 months
