Talent Acquisition Consultant

✨ What You'll Do:

You’ll play a key support role across active requisitions and help us close key hires efficiently. You’ll:

• Partner with the TA Lead

  as second chair in intake/requisition discussions

• Source relevant talent

  across creative, strategy, content, production, and marketing functions

• Own first-level screening calls

  and assess for alignment

• Coordinate interviews and assignments

  with internal stakeholders
• Keep the hiring workflow on track and organized

🧩 You’re a good fit if you:

• Have up to 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the media/advertising/creative industries
• Are confident in sourcing through LinkedIn and other platforms
• Have excellent communication and coordination skills
• Are quick to learn, highly organized, and collaborative
• Are available to start
