Talent Acquisition Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment cycle

  for IT and Non-IT roles across various departments.
• Understand job descriptions and requirements in detail and source relevant talent accordingly.
• Source profiles using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and headhunting.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
• Maintain candidate database and prepare recruitment reports.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure timely closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, portals, and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within deadlines.
• Knowledge of latest recruitment trends and best practices.
