Please note: This role is for an internal position working with the Outsized team.

What you can expect:

Talent Engagement

Manage the end-to-end process from matching, pre-screening, report writing, interviews coordinating to contracting

Source and vet qualified talent for key client roles and projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements

Work closely with client-facing and support teams to efficiently fulfil client requests and enhance service delivery

Talent Build Up

Identify relevant market trends to understand the evolving needs of the industry and their impact on Outsized, our clients, and consultants, delivering valuable insights for informed decision-making

Develop comprehensive reports, analyses, talent pools, virtual benches and thematic reviews to present findings and recommendations to clients

Personal/Professional Development

Opportunities to engage directly with and learn from senior leaders within the organisation

Participation in strategic projects across technology, sales, marketing, data, and operations

Ideal candidates are/possess the following:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for documentation, presentations, and data analysis

Understanding and experience with recruitment platforms such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and IIM Jobs for effective talent sourcing

Ability to engage with and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on recruitment needs

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and provide solutions

Who Can Apply:

Are available for a full-time engagement with Outsized (graduates from 2022 onwards)

Can commence work within the next 30 to 45 days or sooner

Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition

Work Schedule:

A Monday to Friday work week, promoting work-life balance
